※All guests checking in will undergo an ID verification process. Minors are strictly prohibited from entry (including accompanying guests), and if an ID is not presented, entry may be denied, and cancellations/refunds will not be available.

※Mixed-gender groups of 3 or more (and entry) are not allowed.

Mixed-gender groups of 3 or more in one room (and entry) are strictly prohibited. If caught, immediate eviction will occur, and cancellations/refunds will not be available.

(e.g., tape marks on wallpaper, furniture damage, lost room keys).

Please note that guests will be fully charged for any damage incurred.

※Due to the degradation of room condition and damage (cigarette marks) caused by smoking, as well as the risk of fire, all rooms are strictly non-smoking. Please keep this in mind.

If smoking occurs in the room, immediate eviction will follow, and no refunds will be issued. Furthermore, cleaning fees (for cigarette odor removal and cost of unsold room) will be charged.
