This was my second time staying here, and I actually liked the layout better than the junior suite. However, the cleanliness of the bathroom toilet, showerhead, and tiles is affected by the fact that the building itself is old, so if you take that into account it's not bad. Other than that, the rest of the facilities are very good value, and the TV screen is especially very large and nice, so I plan to come by often.
I live in Songpa, and compared to Songpa the facilities and cleanliness were very satisfying. At this price, if you expect a lot more, you should go to a hotel.
This was my first time here. Considering the building is old, I could see they made an effort to remodel it cleanly, which I liked. When I entered the room it was so hot for some reason, haha, so I quickly turned on the air conditioner to lower the temperature — I think if you come in winter you will not have to worry about being cold. Overall everything was great, but one small downside: these days many people prefer not to use disposable amenities, so when they are not provided places often ask you to buy disposables (they did mention that here), but the room had a large tube of toothpaste, a used bar of soap, and a shower towel that looked like it might have been used, so personally I think you could skip supplying those. Other than that the owner was very kind and I had a good rest.

I think this is the place I should go in Seongnam from now on! Clean and a good location.
It was a non-smoking room so it felt pleasant, it was spacious, and the bed was very soft.
