The exterior is flashy, but the bathroom was clogged and the low water pressure at the sink was very inconvenient, and they had pasted the Wi-Fi password for the wrong floor so I wasted time finding the correct password. The front desk staff were friendly, but their handling of complaints was insufficient, which is disappointing.
