I received a message about room check-in and went to the room, but the room was locked so I waited for a long time and called the owner... It turned out to be double-booked. I was speechless and shocked. They guided me to another room, but I was already upset from the first incident and moved into the other room. Even with the window closed because of noise and the air conditioner turned on as much as possible... the owner said on the phone that the other room is cold and that the air conditioner will be available next week, which was a second shocking remark. Check-in was also an error. The air conditioner did not work. I have never experienced a place like this. A jjimjilbang should have heating elements at most; do not expect to sweat profusely like in a proper sauna. Even if they consider guests as casual, the accommodation fee should include the cost of running the air conditioner. This is an unbelievably absurd place.
