Cozy and nice!!!!
I rested comfortably and had a good stay.
We stayed as a family of four. There is no elevator, so moving luggage was difficult, but with two beds it was compact and clean, and we enjoyed a good value stay.
Best value for money. A bright and clean motel. I always use it when I go to Seoul.
Quiet and clean room.
I stayed for two weeks because it was close to my workplace. Why did I pay for everything in advance? I kicked myself. It's just cheap—nothing more, nothing less.
The price is inexpensive. However, there is no elevator and most towels are stained. The room is very small and a stranger can sometimes barge in due to a card key error. The staff at the counter are unfriendly, but if you call the owner they will kindly help you. However, the owner is not at the property.

Due to limited parking spaces, parking is only available for guests who have made a reservation with 'vehicle visit'.
If you write a valuable review after visiting the accommodation, one person will be selected by lottery each month to receive a 1-day accommodation voucher.
If the hotel is fully booked, phone calls from outside will not be connected between 2:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Please keep this in mind when using the facilities.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM.
Please refrain from singing loudly or causing disturbances that may bother others.

Doksan Hayan is a 4-story building without an elevator. Rooms are assigned randomly.
During nighttime hours, room keys can be issued via the kiosk.

AI recognizes the age of the booker, and ID verification may be performed.
Entry may be restricted if you do not have a physical ID (resident registration card, driver's license).
- Passports, image files, and mobile IDs are not usable (feature updates are planned for the future ㅠㅠ).
- Unauthorized use, alteration, or forgery of another person's ID is illegal. It will be immediately handed over to the police.
For multi-night stays, you can use the same room until your check-out date without a separate check-out, and no additional charges will apply.
For multi-night stays of less than 5 nights, room cleaning will not be performed.
If you need towels, water, or other amenities, please inform the front desk, and we will prepare them for you (inquiries required between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM).
For multi-night stays of 5 nights or more, room cleaning may be available depending on your schedule; please inquire at the front desk.
Returning the room key will automatically process check-out. If you have remaining accommodation reservations, the remaining days will be automatically canceled.
