Jeju Bunker Hotel & Resort

I had a very good rest. It was an enjoyable trip to Jeju Island ~~

Aside from the inconvenience of there being no table in the room, it was fine. I stubbed my toe on the edge of the bed here and my foot suffered for several days of the trip. The edge is much harder and more painful than I expected, so travelers should be careful! The accommodation is quiet! If you arrive late, it seems the parking spaces are all full!

It is quiet and pleasant, spacious and clean. I would like to stay again next time.

We visited for a family trip and had high expectations, but we were quite disappointed. I saw a cockroach in the room, and the provided towels had an unpleasant smell, which made me worry about hygiene. Overall, it felt like the facility maintenance was not well managed. We wanted to have a comfortable time with family, but there were many inconveniences. I hope they pay more attention to cleanliness and room management in the future.

It operates unmanned, and the kiosk also has issues... The price is inexpensive.

Honestly I really want to give a very low rating, but I’m giving a high rating so as not to harm the business with rating attacks. I’m writing a review even though I don’t usually write them because I hope the owner sees this and makes improvements. 1. Even though it’s cheap, there are no basic in-room slippers or a robe (You have to walk around the room barefoot when you enter, the interior walls are stained and look dirty, and it makes you not want to walk barefoot at all.) 2. They said amenities could be purchased for an extra fee, so I didn’t bring my own and went two hours before the front desk closing to buy them, but there was no one at the front desk and it took many phone calls to finally get an answer (I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights but never once saw a staff member during check-in or check-out.) 3. Even if you don’t provide disposable items, if you plan to sell amenities you should offer them as a package; even if I wanted to buy something there was nothing available except toothbrushes and razors. Even the toothpaste was a large family tube, not a single-use packet… reusable and started, who knows who used it before. (Also, since the owner wasn’t present there was no payment collected.. they just told me to take toothbrushes and toothpaste from the cabinet, so I did. Please at least sell them as a paid package and keep them stocked.) 4. The bathroom inside the room and the whole old building structure are very dated and it strongly feels like an unmanned motel. 5. Aside from body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer, there was absolutely nothing else in the room. A little maintenance would make this place really nice, but it feels neglected so that’s a shame. Owner, if you see this please pay attention to these issues.

Spacious and private, with two bathrooms and even a table — I am very, very satisfied

It was wonderful~~~ Clean and friendly, pleased with the bathtub size. I usually visit every year, and this will definitely be a place I stop by on future Jeju trips~~^^
