Between 2:30 PM and 3:00 PM on the day of check-in, we will send your room number and access code via KakaoTalk or text message.

Since the front desk is not operated by our company, you may proceed directly to your room upon receiving the message.

Search for “Blue12 Residence” on KakaoTalk and send us a message.

Please include “Neos Naksan,” the booking site, the guest’s name, and the check-in date,

and we will provide you with further instructions.

(Online support hours: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM, same for weekdays and weekends)

For early check-in or late check-out, an additional fee of 10,000 won per hour for a one-bedroom unit and 20,000 won per hour for a two-bedroom unit will apply.

Requests may not be available during peak seasons or on weekends; availability can be confirmed on the day of check-in.

Shampoo (also serves as conditioner), body wash, soap, face towels, hair dryer, bottled water

Bottled water is provided only once as a welcome drink.

Towels: 2 per person per night

Housekeeping: For stays of 4 nights or more, one free housekeeping service is provided; requests must be made by 5:00 PM the day before the desired cleaning date.

You must be out of the room during housekeeping.

Additional bedding is not available.

Fully equipped with cooling and heating facilities

- The air conditioning is a central cooling system that operates during the summer months but is not currently in use.

- Once the air conditioning/heating mode is switched, it may be difficult to switch it back during the afternoon due to facility staff leaving for the day.

- This is managed by the building’s own operations and is unrelated to our company’s operations.

Since cooking is not permitted in any of the rooms, tableware is not provided.

Pets are not allowed at this accommodation.

Rooms are randomly assigned based on room type.

If you have a specific room preference, please inquire immediately after making your reservation;

however, depending on room availability, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

Ha-jo-dae, Uisangdae at Naksansa Temple, Namdaecheon Trail, and Naksan Beach are accessible on foot.
