1. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited in non-smoking rooms.

Smoking in a room will result in a 50,000 won charge for cleaning and disinfection, and smoke may trigger the fire alarm

system.

Smoking is permitted only in areas designated by the hotel.

2. Smoking Rooms

Excessive smoking in the room may trigger the fire alarm due to smoke, so adequate ventilation is required.

Please contact the hotel in advance regarding parking before check-in.

The policy is one parking space per room. (An additional fee of 5,000 won per vehicle will apply for any additional vehicles.)

If the hotel parking lot is full, you may use the paid parking lot across from the hotel free of charge. Additionally, guests who leave their car keys at the front desk may use the hotel’s valet parking service free of charge if a space becomes available.

※ To use the paid parking lot for free, you must provide your license plate number to the hotel front desk.

Lost items are kept at the hotel front desk. When guests visit or call to inquire, we verify their stay status and the details of the lost item;

if the information matches, we will return the item.

Please note that lost items will be disposed of one month after the initial report unless we receive separate contact regarding them.

Food items are disposed of on the same day as a general rule, so we do not store them beyond that day.

An additional charge applies for each guest aged 48 months or older.

All rooms are based on double occupancy (excluding some rooms), and additional guests are permitted.
