Our hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in if hotel regulations are violated—including the check-in of minors, failure to present ID, refusal to present ID for verification, check-in while intoxicated, or mixed-gender stays with three or more people—and refunds or cancellations are not permitted under our policies.

If you cause damage to the hotel—such as breakage, leaks, loss, or soiled linens—during your stay, we may require compensation. If any such issues arise, please be sure to inform us before check-out.

- To use the swimming pool, you must specify your check-in time after making a reservation.(Please note that it takes 2 hours to fill the pool.)

- The pool can be filled once on the day of check-in.

- The pool cannot be used after 8:00 PM.

- Pool operating period: March through the start of winter (water temperature is cold; hot water cannot be added, and the temperature cannot be adjusted)

- Smoke detectors are installed inside the rooms, so cooking is only permitted in the rooftop glamping area.

- If you wish to use the gas grill, you must contact us after making your reservation. If we do not receive notification, it will be considered unused and you will not be able to use it.

- We provide only the gas grill; ingredients and cooking utensils (tongs, scissors, etc.) are not provided, so you must bring your own.

- After using the pool, the water must be drained by 11:00 AM the following day to prepare for the next guests. Please keep this in mind when using the pool.
