A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking cigarettes inside the room or in the bathroom. If you are caught smoking and a complaint is received from a neighboring room, you will be asked to check out immediately without a refund.

An additional fee of 20,000 won per person will be charged for exceeding the standard occupancy.

Please contact us in advance if you are traveling with infants.

If you are holding a balloon event, please do not attach tape to the wallpaper or curtains.

If you bring food into the room, please be careful not to damage the wallpaper or bedding. (Compensation will be required for any damage.)

You are liable for compensation for any excessive damage caused during your stay.

Additional fees may be automatically charged if you exceed the check-out time.

Room numbers and designs are assigned randomly based on hotel availability.

Rates are subject to change during peak seasons, on specific dates, and on public holidays (including the day before).

For consecutive-night stays, sheet and linens are changed once every three nights free of charge; an additional fee of 10,000 won applies for any additional changes.

If linens or towels are stained by

hair dye or other contaminants, you may be held liable for damages.

We will charge compensation for damages and laundry fees for any theft, damage, or soiling of provided items.

We may claim compensation for damages or theft of hotel property.
