A true budget-friendly accommodation. I will visit again.
I was worried because central Seoul accommodations are all expensive, but luckily there was a good place so I booked it quickly! The interior was clean and it was a place where I could rest comfortably for a day. Because it is in a central area, I could walk to most places, and when I called with a request they answered kindly. Being able to check in at 3:00 was also great! I will use it again.
The room and bathroom were clean overall, and the owner was kind. It was good.
Four of us stayed together; the bedding was nice and the terrace was wonderful. The bathroom was also clean. There was a convenience store next to the building, which was convenient.
It looked huge in the photos, but it was cozy and nice. The bedding was clean and the bathroom was as large as the room, so it was convenient to use. I would like to use it again when I go to Seoul.
It is well maintained and in a great location if you want to hang out and stay near Gwanghwamun. There are quiet restaurants nearby, and the owner and staff are friendly. The owner is multilingual!! There was an event in Gwanghwamun so we had a lot of luggage, but check-in was done very quickly, so we were truly satisfied and were able to relax and sleep comfortably. We used the 4-person bed room; the bed was higher than expected but reasonably comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious and pleasant.
Clean and the location is good.
I stayed one night and then extended for another night. They were kind and I loved the ondol-style heated floor.
Near Gwanghwamun... The bathroom is spacious and clean, but it's currently being remodeled... there was a bit of a smell. It should be fine after the construction is finished.
I liked the easy-to-find location and the spacious room ^^
No parking inside the building
Use the Deungnyongmun Building private parking lot (1-minute walk from the guesthouse)
Discounted rate of 13,000 won for parking between 6:00 PM on the day of check-in and 11:00 AM the following day
3,000 won per hour for parking outside the discounted hours

Sung Guesthouse is

We do not offer hourly room rentals.
Each room is equipped with a large private bathroom.
During the summer, all rooms are cooled by central air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay,
and during the winter, all rooms feature underfloor heating,
keeping the interior warm without becoming dry.
On the outdoor terraces located on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors of the guesthouse,
you can enjoy reading or chatting while taking in the city views.

All rooms are non-smoking (as this is a non-smoking building, smoking will result in non-refundable cancellation and mandatory eviction).
Minors without an adult guardian are strictly prohibited from staying (must contact the property)

Guests who engage in behavior that causes harm or discomfort to others, or who fail to comply with the guesthouse rules, will be subject to immediate eviction.
Full compensation will be required for any damage to facilities, damage to bedding, or stains that cannot be removed through laundering.
