＊The property cleaning time is from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, so please strictly adhere to these times for smooth operation of the accommodation.

Usage Guide

＊Minors are not allowed to check in. If unavoidable due to academic reasons, etc., it is possible after completing a parental consent form and a call with the manager, so please inquire by phone.

＊Parking is not available, so please use nearby public parking lots. (The closest public parking lot is at Exit 1 of Gyodae Station, a 1-minute walk from Upflo.)

＊Cooking is not allowed in the rooms, but is available in the shared kitchen on the 5th floor. Please wash dishes and clean up after use.

＊Free WIFI is available, and the laundry room on the 2nd floor can be used for free, but please bring your own detergent and fabric softener.

＊If you wish to connect a laptop or mirror your phone, please bring your own HDMI cable.

＊OTT viewing is available on the TV, but requires logging in with a personal ID. VOD can also be watched through individual purchase.

＊The shared space on the 5th floor is available 24 hours a day. Please wash used dishes yourself and put them back in their place. There is a water purifier, coffee pot, microwave, toaster, and kitchen tools.

Room Cleaning

＊Towel replacement and amenities are provided additionally only upon request.

＊Please place them in a silver basket outside the door and notify us via KakaoTalk channel, email, or phone.

(Replacement available from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

＊Room cleaning is subject to a fee.

- Fee: 30,000 KRW per cleaning (pre-payment required)

- Free once for stays of 7 nights or more (may not be possible depending on schedule, prior inquiry is essential)
