I really really like it!!
The person who made the reservation asked my name in a sullen way and asked for the amenity account number; it wasn't like I had it written down anywhere. Either explain clearly and properly or when I couldn't understand you, don't sigh loudly and glare—why are you staring at me like that? Are you a thug? What are you going to do by glaring at me? There was also a very strong cigarette smell in the room, and I was going to ask to change rooms, but I figured they'd treat me even worse, so I left thinking I had stepped in poop. Whether you're the owner or an employee, guy at the counter, treat customers properly. Why are you acting like you're doing a favor to a guest? Haha. Please read this and feel just as annoyed~
Are you the owner, an employee, or maybe a gangster? We had a 10:00 AM reservation, but there was no one at the front desk even after 10:10, and we waited for over 15 minutes. We had to call several times before someone finally answered, and they replied with an annoyed tone, “I’m coming down.” What was even more outrageous was that when they came down they didn’t even offer a single apology for making us wait. When we said, “We waited more than 10 minutes,” the response was, “I was 10 minutes late, so just give me 10 more minutes.” If you made a guest wait, isn’t the very least you can do say sorry? We had plans and made a punctual reservation, but they spoke as if only their time mattered. It was ridiculous. I don’t know how they can run a business with that mindset. Haha. When I said, “You didn’t even apologize, that’s so shameless,” they suddenly yelled, “Hey miss, what did you just say to me? I was working and just came down—how dare you speak to an elder like that?” in a loud and threatening way. It was shocking and scary to see someone who was at fault get angry at the customer. We took the room key and went up, but I felt so uncomfortable I came back down. As I turned my back, the woman pointed at me with her finger and whispered to the man, and he openly stared daggers at me. Seeing staff point fingers at a guest from behind and give hostile looks made me lose any desire to stay, so we checked out. I’ve stayed at many places, but I’ve never been treated so rudely and unpleasantly. Worse than the lateness was the fact they never apologized, shifted the blame to the guest, raised their voices, and even pointed fingers behind our backs. If you want to experience the worst service, be sure to visit. Haha. If the room had been good I might have tolerated it a bit, but they said they had just cleaned and the bed had clumps of dust and was so dirty I couldn’t sit on it. I cannot understand why recent reviews are positive—this was the worst experience.
I always rest well,,
I had a great rest, yoooo
The room is clean, the staff are friendly, very good.
The last time I stayed, the female staff was very kind and took care of little things, but the male staff at the desk today felt very unfriendly, so I left with a bad impression. I arrived about one minute before the 12:30 check-in time. He asked my name and reservation time and told me to wait for a moment, so I sat in the lobby chair and waited for about seven minutes wondering what was going on. He made coffee and sat down, and after a long time of saying nothing I asked, "Do I need to wait a little longer?" He frowned and only then handed me the room key. When I received a call asking me to prepare to check out 30 minutes before departure, I explained that I had checked in seven minutes late and asked if I could check out seven minutes late as well. He flatly said there was no such thing, which made me quietly angry. I did not intentionally check in late; the male staff had told me to wait, which caused the delay. When I came downstairs to return the room key, other motel owners usually say goodbye when they notice someone, but he seemed not to hear me. He was sitting away from the desk doing something on the computer. I was so upset by his rudeness that I do not plan to use this place again.
