I've never experienced a place like this in my life. I painfully realized why reviews are so important. This is the first time I've left a negative review. No matter how bad, I usually try to leave a fair review, but this place is really not okay. Going because it was cheap was a huge mistake. Check-in was at 3:00, so I arrived on time and gave my name, and the owner suddenly started yelling and getting angry. I was like, what? When I asked what they were saying, they yelled that we had booked a couple PC+spa room but there is no spa and why didn't we answer the phone. I kept my phone with me the whole time and said there was no missed call, but they shouted that their husband called repeatedly and got a number-not-found message. What the heck. I've always used apps and other places have called fine, but they kept yelling about that and shouting that there was no spa. I had already booked in advance; even if something was missing they could have handled it politely, so I don't know why they got angry instead. They asked for ID, I gave it, and when they handed over the key they basically said, "Okay, you're fine now, go." I was so stunned I could only laugh. When we went into the room it was just as other reviews said: the floor was sticky and there were dust clumps rolling around. It was seriously bad. There were so many flying insects in the room I spent the whole night killing bugs and mosquitoes and couldn't sleep. In the middle of the night there were banging sounds from chairs and desks being dragged; it was really awful. This was the worst accommodation I've stayed at while traveling. Friendly owner? Nothing like that. They ruined my mood. Honestly, no matter how cheap, I will never go back. This place is terrible. Not even one star feels deserved.
