Cleanliness: 70/100. The coffee pot inside was very dirty.. The sink water does not drain. It was hard to plug in the 220V heating cord. The convenience store is 300 m away, which is inconvenient. Quiet, so it is nice. Suitable for resting in spring or autumn.
