Clean, but the soundproofing is a bit disappointing.. Also, the pillow is way too high; if you sleep on it your neck gets strained. It would be better to sleep with a towel under your head. The room was very small. Still, I liked it because it is a clean, remodeled facility. Oh, and it is really hard to get the shower water temperature right... fine adjustments are difficult.
