Hotel West of Canaan

I had high expectations because of the good reviews, but it was more disappointing than I thought. Aside from being quiet, it doesn't have much merit. Even though I booked the most expensive room with two large beds, there wasn't even a single complimentary coffee for drinking... These days many motels even offer free toast or coffee :( Also the bathroom is so small that opening and closing the door is awkward, and I have a bit of panic disorder, so it felt claustrophobic when I was inside. Still, the staff were friendly and professional.

A hotel that always delivers satisfaction!

This hotel left a strong impression with its thoughtful attention to detail. The view when we arrived was truly beautiful. Due to our schedule we couldn't explore the surrounding area much, but we were able to enjoy a quiet, peaceful landscape. There was plenty of parking and the lobby was well appointed. The front desk staff were friendly. The corridors were bright, the room layout felt spacious, and fire extinguishers were placed in clearly visible spots. The toilet and the bathroom in the room were separate. The bed was from Ace Bed, and two types of pillows with different heights were provided so I could rest comfortably. The TV allowed uninterrupted access to all OTT services. There were two outlets next to the TV and one under the table, which felt somewhat insufficient for three people, so a power strip might be necessary. The wardrobe clothes drying rack and the JMW hair dryer were small but pleasant touches. Oral hygiene items were not provided, so we had to buy them; we purchased toothpaste and a toothbrush for 1,000 won. The complimentary Atelier Cologne amenities definitely smelled nice. The restaurant was in a separate building, and we ordered breakfast separately; both the Korean and Western options were very tasty! I chose the Western breakfast, which included a variety of drinks and dishes and was ample in portion. We stayed with family and had a very satisfying stay. I would like to stay again. Thank you :)
