Our hotel is located in Yeondong, the heart of Jeju City, where parking space is somewhat limited. Therefore, we cannot provide one parking space per room. When the parking lot is full, we will send a text message to the contact number registered on our website. We appreciate your understanding.

(If you park in the hotel parking lot, you must leave your car keys with the hotel.)

Since parking spaces are not assigned, you may not be able to park again if you leave and return.

- You may park in vacant spots in the residential areas around the hotel

- Paid parking lot within a 2-minute walk

- Public parking lot within a 4-minute walk (Shinjeju Public Parking Lot)

(Public parking lot fee collection hours: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM / Free access hours: 10:00 PM – 12:00 PM the following day)

Noisy or large motorcycles are not permitted to park here. For all other motorcycles, please be sure to contact the hotel by phone at the time of reservation. (Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your same-day reservation.)

Bicycles are limited to one per room, just like vehicles. Bicycles are strictly prohibited from being brought inside the building and may only be parked outdoors.

Minors may only stay at the hotel if they submit a parental consent form or are accompanied by a parent or guardian, in accordance with the Youth Protection Act.

Bookings made without prior consent from the hotel will result in denied check-in and no refunds.

Additional fees apply for room rates when the number of guests exceeds the standard occupancy.

- Fee for exceeding standard occupancy: 10,000 won

- Additional bedding set: 7,000 won per set

Free for guests aged 0–36 months; additional fees apply for guests aged 37 months and older

(Additional fees, such as those for extra guests, are “payable at check-in.”)

Additional charges may be automatically applied if you check out after the designated check-out time.

Room numbers and designs are assigned randomly based on hotel availability.

Rates are subject to change during peak seasons, on specific dates, and on public holidays (including the day before).

No Smoking Allowed in the Hotel

(A cleaning fee of 100,000 won will be charged for smoking.)

If any facilities are damaged, please notify the hotel front desk and compensate for the damage at the purchase price.

If excessive drinking or noise disturbs other guests, your use of the room may be restricted.

In the event of a fire caused by the use of flammable materials, all liability rests with the user.

Refund Policy for Flight Cancellations

If a refund request due to a flight cancellation is submitted to the hotel by 3:00 PM on the day of check-in, a full refund will be granted on an exceptional basis (the hotel may request a flight cancellation confirmation).

Refund requests due to flight cancellations made after 3:00 PM on the day of check-in will not be honored.

Please note that even if you purchased your ticket after 3:00 PM on the day of check-in or if your flight is delayed, you must request a cancellation before 3:00 PM to receive a refund; under no other circumstances will refunds or cancellations be permitted.
