Honestly, even one star feels like too much. I checked in on the 3rd floor the other day. I've never stayed in a place that smelled like this. There is a barbecue restaurant directly below, so I couldn't open the balcony window, and the lingering greasy smell spread into the hallway—I really couldn't stand it. It would be better if you simply didn't assign guests to the lower floors. I really want to say this is the worst accommodation.

For extended check-out, separate charges apply (maximum 2 hours / 15,000 KRW per hour).
▶Check-in Method
Front Desk Hours (20F): 11:00 AM – 12:00 AM (midnight)
Please visit the front desk on the 20th floor and present your 'ID card or passport'.
If the reservation holder is different, please contact us in advance, or check-in may not be possible.
Parking management operates separately from Hyoestay.
Due to insufficient parking spaces and narrow entrance, vehicle exit restrictions are in place. We ask for your understanding.
Availability for outside excursions can be confirmed when you register your vehicle on the first day.
★Vehicle registration required before entry★
On weekends, holidays, or during events, the parking management may implement 'exit restrictions for registered vehicles' at their discretion. Please confirm the exact details with the parking management.
☞ Parking registration location
Parking management office behind the building (in front of the tower parking)
10,000 KRW per day (1,000 KRW card fee separate)
'Vehicle registration is required before entry', and you must register your vehicle at the 'parking management office in front of the tower parking behind the building'. (※Underground entry is strictly prohibited)
If not registered, 3,000 KRW will be charged per hour.
Parking operates separately from the hotel, and we are not responsible if the lot is full.
Please note that guests are responsible for parking fees incurred due to unregistered vehicles.
8th floor Linen Room Luggage Storage
Luggage storage password will be sent only to reserved guests.
Refrigerated, frozen, and high-value items cannot be stored.

Hyoestay actively participates in reducing disposable items for environmental protection.
Reusable 'eco-friendly toothbrushes and toothpaste' can be purchased by inquiring at 'Hyoestay Gwangnaru'.

1) This accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. (1 infant allowed)
2) Additional bedding and amenities are not provided.
3) Upon check-out, please gather all trash in one place and leave it in the room.
4) For consecutive night stays, mid-stay cleaning is not provided. (Additional cleaning fee applies upon separate request)
1) Please be careful to avoid complaints due to noise between floors or loud disturbances.
2) Charges will apply for any damage or theft of items within the accommodation.
3) This accommodation prohibits parties/events.
4) Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building / Ventilation is required when cooking.
5) Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cancellations or refunds due to a change of mind regarding this matter are not possible.
For minors staying, parental consent forms and documents must be submitted in advance (including companions and immediate family).
Required documents require prior inquiry with the accommodation (mixed-gender unmarried couples not allowed).
※ Companions other than same-gender or immediate family are not allowed.
If you select early check-in / late check-out options, even if you request cancellation due to a schedule change including the day, only the early or late fees are non-refundable. (Partial cancellation/refund of options not possible)
