Konkuk University Stay

I was assigned a room completely different from the photos. It is really small. I felt so upset that I couldn't even take pictures. There is no space to put a shoe cabinet. Including the bathroom it's about 4 pyeong (about 13.2 m²). Many reviews warned it was very humid; I kept the air conditioner on while sleeping but the room itself felt damp. The soundproofing is nonexistent. I usually book based only on photos and have never been disappointed, but this was a good lesson to read reviews carefully before booking next time.

Clean and not bad..

Ah.. This was honestly the worst place I've been to so far.. I can accept that it is unmanned, and I understand that the door uses a knob lock rather than an electronic door lock. 1. Drainage: After showering the water takes a long time to drain. At first the floor was slippery because of that. 2. Cleanliness: There was toothpaste I had used left next to the kit.. 3. Facilities: After using the TV for a bit, screen noise left severe afterimages... ^^ I understand the overall quality and that it's not high-end, but it's still expensive compared to other areas. I really did not expect this quality for 40,000 won, haha.

Decent and good for the price!

The staff were friendly and the bathroom was in good condition. Soundproofing was decent and the room condition was good.

I stayed for consecutive nights. I rested well with no inconveniences. The owner responded quickly and it was clean. Above all, I really liked that it is located close to the bus stop. I will use it again next time!

The owner is very kind and takes great care of guests! The room is nice too.

Hmm... it is quite outdated.

The neighborhood was quiet, which I liked. However, the room and the bathroom are very small.
