1.Check-in: 3:00 PM / Check-out: 11:00 AM

2.The entire hotel is non-smoking. A cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged for smoking violations.

3.For rooms with a maximum occupancy of 3 or 4 people, only payments for 2 people are processed on the site. For more than 2 people, an additional fee of 15,000 KRW per person aged 3 years or older is required on the day of check-in.

4.Parking space is limited, so please cooperate with staff guidance.

5.Minors are not allowed to use the facilities without prior consent or accompaniment from a guardian.

6.Pets are not allowed.

7.In case of damage to facilities, please inform the management office and compensate at the purchase price.

8.Excessive drinking or noise causing disturbance to other rooms may result in restriction of room use.

9.Bringing in and using flammable materials is restricted throughout the hotel. All responsibility lies with the user.

10.Please store valuables at the management office. The hotel is not responsible for lost valuables not stored there.

11.Additional charges apply for extensions beyond the check-out time.

1.Exceptional full refund (may require flight cancellation confirmation) for refund requests due to flight cancellation made before 3:00 PM on the check-in date.

2.No refund for refund requests due to flight cancellation made after 3:00 PM on the check-in date.

3.If you purchased a flight ticket after 3:00 PM on the check-in date, or in case of flight delay, you must request cancellation before 3:00 PM for a refund. Otherwise, refunds and cancellations are not possible under any circumstances.
