Clean and the owner is friendly. The parking is spacious. I like that it is a non-smoking property so there was no cigarette smell.

It was near the market, so there were many places to eat and I rested well.

Maybe because it is an older building, there is a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. Still, after walking Haeparang-gil I enjoyed a warm shower and stayed the night comfortably. It is clean, though.
