You can park in the garage and go directly to the room, which makes it feel private and is an advantage. They say hot spring water comes out, but I went to Gajo Hot Springs and showered there separately, so I did not use the bathtub. However, it was a bit difficult to adjust the sink water temperature. The soundproofing is somewhat lacking, which was a shame. Still, for the price it was good value for one night. Overall the room was clean and the owner was friendly, so I was satisfied!
