All rooms are based on double occupancy; an additional fee of 10,000 won per person will apply for guests exceeding this limit.

Additional charges, such as those for extra guests, excluding the room rate, must be paid on-site.

Children are permitted.

If guests are found to be sharing a room with minors without prior authorization,

cancellations and refunds will not be permitted.

If a cancellation occurs due to circumstances on the partner’s part, a 100% refund is available.

If you check in or check out at a time not previously agreed upon,

a separate additional fee will apply.

If the maximum occupancy is exceeded, check-in may not be permitted,

and no refund will be issued for this reason.

Additional Fees: 10,000 won per person for additional guests

For Standard rooms, an additional 10,000 won per person is payable upon arrival (maximum of 1 additional guest)

For Deluxe or higher room types: 10,000 KRW per person, payable upon arrival (maximum of 2 additional guests)

Please refrain from excessive drinking and loud noise, as these may disturb other guests.

Services provided, such as amenities, are subject to change depending on the partner establishment’s circumstances.

Services provided may sell out early depending on the partner property’s circumstances.

Events may end early depending on the partner property’s circumstances.

Rates are subject to change during peak seasons, on specific dates, and on public holidays (including the day before).

Rooms of the same type may differ in interior design.

Unless otherwise requested, rooms of the same type will be assigned at our discretion.
