- Identification may be requested for mixed-gender groups, and entry may be refused if not presented. No refunds for cancellations due to this.
- Room information may change frequently due to partner circumstances. We are not responsible for any disadvantages resulting from this.
- Additional charges may be automatically applied if check-out time is exceeded.
- Bicycles and vehicles cannot be stored in the room.
- Prohibited items: All means of transportation such as bicycles, electric kickboards, and electric wheels.
- Wheeled vehicles are not allowed inside the room for comfortable room management and to prevent damage.
- Please cooperate as maintenance costs for contamination and damage may be charged if regulations are violated.

[Lost and Found Policy]
Item check: Please ensure you have not left any items in the room when checking out.
Storage period: Found items are stored for 7 days from the check-out date, and if no retrieval request is made within the period, they will be discarded according to regulations.
Special notes: Perishable foods and items with a risk of spoilage will be discarded immediately upon discovery for hygiene management.
Retrieval method: Lost items are to be picked up directly at the hotel. If delivery by courier is requested, shipping fees will be cash-on-delivery (customer's expense).
