It's clean, the owner is friendly, and I always come to this place in Daeyeon-dong.
I care a lot about cleanliness, and since most reviews were good I booked it, but I didn't feel it was clean at all — there were hairs on the floor and mold on the faucet. I was disappointed.

Clean, friendly, and transportation is convenient.

It was clean and quiet, which I liked.
Balance was okay. Moderately good and tidy. It was a 4-hour day-use room, so we rested leisurely.
It was clean and nice.
It was great—there was no odor and everything was clean, and the bathroom was clean. If there were a bidet, I think it would be a perfect 120 out of 100.

The standard occupancy for check-in is 2 people, and additional guests will incur extra charges on-site (10,000 KRW per person for guests under 36 months, 20,000 KRW per person for adults).

Foods with strong odors like skate or snow crab are not allowed in the rooms. Violation will result in the room being unsellable, and you will be charged for the Day Use accommodation on the following day.
An additional fee of 20,000 KRW per person will be charged if the standard occupancy is exceeded.
One car per room is allowed, and parking is only available during room usage hours; early parking is not permitted (if early parking is unavoidable, a parking fee of 1,500 KRW for 30 minutes will be charged).
Foods with strong odors, such as skate or snow crab, are prohibited in the rooms. If found, a 2-night accommodation fee for the respective room will be charged.
Pets are not allowed, and repair costs must be paid for room contamination or damage, such as from hair dye.
