I booked a 4-person room for one night, but when I arrived the reserved room was a 2-person room and they charged an extra 20,000 won for 2 additional people. The hotel said it was Yanolja's problem. This is the first time I've been charged an extra fee when booking through an app. The facilities are old but spacious and comfortable.

Only the price is high, and there was no electric heating pad so it was freezing. For a stay costing over 70,000 won they don't even provide a toothbrush.
