I think both cleanliness and service were excellent. There are convenience facilities nearby and places to walk, which was very nice. I would return on my next visit to Changwon. Thank you, we used it well.
It was excellent. From breakfast to daily cleaning.
The bed felt a bit firm, and the pillows were soft and nice. Above all, the bedding was clean, which I appreciated. My elementary-school-aged son loved that there was a computer and a game console. With one computer he even beat Geoje Belvedere, haha. Also, the breakfast was inexpensive and exceeded our expectations. My car is large so I couldn’t use the mechanical parking garage and parked right in front of the building entrance. The interior does show some signs of use. However, I think wear on consumable items is unavoidable, and I’m not very sensitive about that. It’s in the center of the busy area, and even though it was the weekend, we had a good, cost-effective night. Thanks to that, I was able to leave my family with a good memory of Changwon. Two families stayed in two rooms, but the parking lot was cramped so we parked at the entrance and stayed. Everything else was excellent.
It was good: clean, friendly, and had everything you need. However, the parking lot is cramped so it was hard to park; we parked at the entrance and stayed.
It was great during my business trip.
The room was pricey, but it was clean and nice.
In-room styler provided Neat and tidy.
Breakfast is very good. It is not the kind where you pay extra and only get a little cereal and bread. The mattress had a personally appropriate firmness, which I liked (not too soft). Amenities are provided in the room (toothbrush, etc.), which is convenient. It would be even better if lotion and toner were also provided (not just samples).
I had a comfortable stay. Convenient facilities are close by.
