Please contact the app’s customer service center. Overnight Stay of Minors of the Opposite Sex: Overnight stays of minors of the opposite sex are illegal and not permitted. If the guests are family members, proof of legal kinship or direct telephone consent from a parent is strictly required. If you check in as a same-sex couple but later share a room with a member of the opposite sex, you will be immediately asked to check out without a refund and subject to criminal prosecution. Rules for Use of Facilities: Please be aware that you may face legal liability and penalties for damaging or removing furniture, appliances, or any other facilities. The use of open flames and events (including balloons, scented candles, and cooking utensils) is prohibited in guest rooms. All room amenities, except for disposable items, are the property of Hotel Fognan. If items such as chargers or towels are found to have been stolen, you will be liable for compensation for damages. All payments must be made in advance. If you wish to extend your stay, you may do so by paying the additional room and accommodation fees; please inquire at the first-floor kiosk to complete payment. Pets, minors, and mixed-gender groups of three or more are not permitted to share a room. Rates are subject to change during peak seasons, on specific dates, and on public holidays.
