With the surge in reservations, there have been instances where guests mistakenly check the wrong dates when booking in advance.

We strongly urge you to double-check your reservation dates before booking.

Please note that due to booking date errors, reservations for past dates are non-refundable, and

and we would like to emphasize once again that our hotel is unable to resolve this issue by any means.

We are doing our very best to prepare for your stay, as you have chosen our hotel.

Additionally, at Broa Hotel, even if you check in late, we

We respectfully decline any claims arising from a lack of familiarity with these terms.

Due to frequent claims asking, “Why am I being charged an additional fee when I set the number of guests correctly at check-in and paid accordingly?”, we are providing this detailed explanation

⭕ The price displayed when adding guests is the “total rate based on 2 guests.”

▶ For example, even if you select “3 guests” in the app, the price will not be displayed as a “3-guest rate,” nor will you be charged for 3 guests.

❌ The additional guest fee is not applied, so the total amount is not displayed. ❌

⭕ You must pay the additional guest fee directly at the hotel upon arrival. ⭕

(Excluding Family Suites—which accommodate up to 4 guests by default)

▶ For all rooms, a fee of 20,000 won per person (per night) applies for guests exceeding the standard occupancy of 2.

▶ Under 8 years old: 10,000 KRW / 8 years old and older (adults): 20,000 KRW

1. Check-in is not permitted if the number of guests exceeds the standard occupancy limit.

e.g., If three people attempt to check into a Deluxe room designed for a maximum of two guests

2. Our hotel prohibits mixed-gender occupancy of three or more people, even if they are all adults. (Excluding families.)

(If you attempt to check in with mixed-gender occupancy upon arrival after making a reservation, no refund will be issued, and you will be required to check out immediately.)

(Definition of mixed-gender occupancy: 1 man and 2 or more women, or 1 woman and 2 or more men.)

3. For additional guests, we provide a mat and blanket so you can sleep on the floor.

(No additional charge for extra bedding.)

4. Hair straighteners and chargers are available for rent at the front desk.

5. You can store your luggage in the front desk storage lockers at any time before or after check-in.

there are no additional charges for consecutive nights in any room, including weekdays, weekends, and peak seasons.

★★ A special request for guests booking Twin Rooms or larger!! ★★

If you select “walk-in” but arrive by car, a parking fee will be charged!! Please be sure to book as a “car arrival” reservation! This causes significant disruptions to our ability to secure parking spaces in advance.

If you contact the hotel at least one day in advance to inform us that your reservation has been changed to a “car arrival,” no parking fee will be charged. (Parking fees will apply if notified on the day of arrival)

※ Additionally, depending on the type of vehicle, parking may not be available, or an additional parking fee of 25,000 won (per night) will apply.

❌ If you book one room and arrive with two or more vehicles, you must arrange parking for the remaining vehicles on your own. ❌

⭕ If the garage is full, you may park at an off-site parking lot located 30 seconds away from the hotel⭕ (at the hotel’s expense)

(If the lot is full upon your arrival, please be sure to visit the hotel front desk to receive directions to the off-site parking lot.)

(If you go to a different parking lot or proceed directly to the off-site parking lot, you will be responsible for the parking fees.)

On-Site Parking and Automated Parking Guide

On-Site Automated Parking – Accommodates up to 15 vehicles

1. Vehicles with an engine displacement of 3,000 cc or less may use the on-site automated parking (K8 and the new Grandeur are not permitted).

2. Large vehicles, SUVs, RVs, trucks, modified cars, and vehicles equipped with roof racks are not permitted.

3. Guests who are sensitive to automated parking systems are advised to consider this carefully before making a reservation.

On-site Parking – Capacity for up to 6 vehicles (First-come, first-served basis – if full, vehicles will be moved to an off-site parking lot [parking fees covered by the hotel])

1. Vehicles that cannot be parked in the hotel’s automated parking system—including SUVs, RVs, trucks, modified cars, and vehicles with roof racks—are permitted.

2. Vehicles taller than 2.5 meters are strictly prohibited from parking.

We at BROA HOTEL in Seomyeon, Busan have been operating as a company-owned property at the same location for 10 years, starting from when it was known as the (former) V Hotel.

and, leveraging the operational experience and know-how accumulated over the years,

we have remodeled and redesigned this brand-new hotel exclusively for our guests’ convenience, holding our GRAND OPENING on June 28, 2023.

BROA HOTEL is a newly built hotel resulting from a complete renovation, not a partial one.

Everything—from bedding to TVs, heating, and air conditioning—is state-of-the-art,

and all guest rooms feature our key highlights: “spacious rooms” and “spacious bathrooms.”

Additionally, with the exception of special circumstances, we do not sell rooms on an hourly basis for rooms rated Premium Twin or higher (including weekends).

This is a principle unique to our hotel, established to ensure the best possible experience for our guests and to maintain the rooms in top condition

for their enjoyment.

Broa Hotel’s core values are “Comfortable,” “Simple,” and “Story,”

and we place the highest priority on cleanliness and hospitality.

Please check the check-in policies for each room. Please note that additional fees will be charged on-site for extra guests.

Rates are subject to change during peak seasons, on specific dates, and on public holidays (including the day before).

We will verify identification upon check-in; minors are not permitted to stay.
