Same-day booking cancellations and refunds are not possible.

Parking facilities are available on the 1st floor of the hotel (maximum 20 cars can be parked).

Only 1 car per room is allowed for parking (2 cars are not possible).

Please inquire if you need to pre-park before check-in.

(Pre-parking may not be possible depending on parking lot conditions.)

If you book a pedestrian-only room but visit by car, charges will apply.

Please keep your car key at the counter when checking in.

Smoking is allowed in all rooms.
