- All rooms are assigned randomly. (If you have a specific room preference, please inquire with the hotel in advance after making your reservation.)

- All rooms are non-smoking. (If smoking is detected, you will be required to check out immediately without a refund.)

- The Deluxe Twin Room is equipped with one queen-size bed and one single-size bed, and

the Family Room, which accommodates up to four guests, is equipped with a king-size bed and a queen-size bed.

Bedding is provided as needed; please inquire when booking a family room.

- The Premium Double Room is equipped with one queen-size bed and a sofa bed, and bedding is provided, accommodating up to 3 guests.

(Please note: If three guests are staying, you must notify us by phone in advance so that an additional set of bedding can be provided by 8:00 a.m. We ask that you inquire in advance if your party consists of two or more guests.)

Even for rooms with parking available, you will not be able to park if you do not specify a vehicle in the reservation form.

Guests staying in rooms with parking who are bringing a vehicle must specify “Vehicle” when making the reservation.

If you indicate “Walking” for a room with parking available, parking will not be permitted.

On Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, parking is available starting 30 minutes before check-in.

On weekdays, parking is available starting 1 hour before check-in.

For early parking outside these times, the fee is 5,000 won per hour.

We can accommodate up to 6 vehicles per day.

✨❗❗The party room is a space rental facility, not an accommodation facility. It is located in the basement, separate from the regular guest rooms, and is designed specifically for parties.❗❗✨

- The standard capacity for the party room is 6 people, and the maximum occupancy is 10 people. An additional fee of 20,000 won per person applies for extra guests.

- The party room is available for daytime use (day) for 4 hours between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

- The “All Night” party room is available from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

- We recommend booking in advance rather than on the same day, if possible.

- Party room guests who wish to use a guest room must pay a separate fee.

- A cleaning deposit of 50,000 won is required upon check-in and will be refunded after the room is inspected and found to be in good condition.

- Karaoke available (TJ Karaoke); Netflix and other OTT services available

- Simple cooking is permitted, and a water dispenser and ice are provided.

- Parking is limited to one vehicle.

- Minors are not permitted (use is allowed only when accompanied by a guardian and with a signed consent form).

- Men and women of legal age may use the room together.

- The rooftop is open from 6:00 PM to midnight, and each area is a separate space.

- The maximum usage time is 6 hours. Please note that the reserved rooftop may be unavailable due to inclement weather, and cancellations and refunds are not possible.

- When using the rooftop, check-in for the room is available from 6:00 PM on weekdays and from 8:00 PM on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

- The rooftop is based on a standard occupancy of 2 people; if there are 3 or more people, please be sure to contact the hotel.
