First, there was a bad smell. I tried to tolerate the smell, but when I asked to change rooms because there was mold next to the bed, the room I was moved to also had mold after waiting a bit. I don't understand if they expect guests to sleep with mold. I was so angry I didn't sleep and just left.

You have to pick the right room here. Some rooms were covered in mold. It's not bad for a very short stay. Room 303 was fine for me. But if it's not 303, it's not worth staying.

Giving one star is too generous. The heating doesn't work, the electric blanket doesn't work, and even after asking to change rooms the system won't handle it. The manager is unreachable so there's no solution, and the control center at Yanolja said they also can't contact the manager. The hygiene, bedding, and bathroom floor are terrible, and there's a strong smell of cigarette smoke. They told me to wait and I waited all night with no contact. It seems even the owner is not present.
