Cancellation Policy (Regarding Fees)

1. For cancellations within 3 days (72H) of arrival, the first night's fee for 1 night will be charged, and 100% for No-Show.

2. Cancellations are not possible on the day before arrival / on the day of arrival (within 24H).

Cancellation Policy (Regarding Free Cancellation)

1. Free cancellation is available for full refunds 4 days prior to arrival or earlier.

2. Free cancellation is possible on the day of arrival if a flight is canceled due to natural disasters such as bad weather.

- Required documents: English proof from the airline (recording details of the natural disaster) / Screenshot of the flight ticket.

- Documents can be submitted after prior cancellation: Free cancellation is not possible if supporting documents are not submitted.

- However, free cancellation is not possible for requests received after the scheduled flight departure time.

Booking Notice

Reservation Notice: The room rate is based on 2 people. For special rooms such as party rooms, you need to directly confirm the number of occupants. Please check with the affiliated store directly about the availability for minors before proceeding with your reservation. Cancellations/refunds are not possible for denied entry due to mixed-gender bookings by minors. If cancellation occurs due to circumstances of the affiliated store, a 100% refund will be processed.
