I sometimes use it on business trips. It's clean, so I like it. I had a good rest.

As expected, Aneuk..! Of all the places I've stayed, this is the cleanest and has no unpleasant odors. Especially, it was the only place where the pillows and duvet smelled pleasantly—I was so touched. I stop by every time I'm in Ilsan.
Aneuk is really clean and the bed is great.
Very close to Tanhyeon Station and there are many places to eat nearby. I like it.
The cleanliness is really infuriating. From the moment I got on the elevator a sour smell was wafting and I have never been in such a dirty elevator. In the bathroom there was a sewage smell backing up that almost made me throw up. The microwave on the first floor looked like it had been abandoned and just used as-is. As for cleanliness, it seemed like they never cleaned or even opened the microwave since purchase — it was truly filthy. The only clean and cool place was the first floor lobby. This was the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in and I don't even want to think about coming back.

An additional fee of 20,000 KRW per person applies for guests exceeding the standard occupancy. (Ages 8 and above to adult)

Cancellations/refunds due to refusal of entry caused by minors booking co-ed rooms are not possible.
Even for special rooms with a maximum standard occupancy of 2 or more, mixed groups of 3 or more, other than families, are not permitted.
Please note that this affiliated property is a non-smoking building. In case of indoor smoking, a fine and ancillary costs related to deodorization may be charged according to Article 34 of the National Health Promotion Act.
Compensation may be requested for excessive damage to laundry, wallpaper, furniture, etc. The use of tape for events, and fire hazards such as gunpowder and fireworks are not permitted. In case of damage or fire after use, liability for compensation may be charged.
Rooms cannot be used for purposes other than accommodation. For commercial video shoots, please inquire in advance.
In accordance with Article 153 of the Commercial Act, cash and other valuables, as well as valuables in vehicles, must all be stored at the front desk. The affiliated property is not responsible for cash or other valuables not stored at the front desk.
Upon checking in, if you go out, please leave your key card at the front desk if possible. A fee may be charged if the key card is lost.
In case of excessive noise due to drinking or loud behavior, eviction measures may be taken, and refunds are not possible.
In case of damage or theft of room items, criminal charges may apply depending on the circumstances.
