The room is very large for the price!! It should be fine for sleeping for a night, The owner/staff are older and the building is worn, so there are things that need attention in places. There is no convenience store nearby, so I recommend stocking up in advance if you plan to go.

They switched us to a room with a sea view, so the view was great and I had a good rest.
Pros 1. The owner is very kind. 2. You can truly see an open, unobstructed view of the sea. 3. The bedding is cozy, not the crisp rustling kind. 4. We had a baby, so we asked if they could turn up the boiler a bit; they made it warm enough for the baby to sleep in just a sleeveless undershirt. ☆ Ondol room ← really, really, really great for babies ☆ 5. The beer we put in the fridge was chilled to the point of slushy ice. 6. The veranda's double-pane windows provide incredible soundproofing. 7. Hot water is excellent. Cons 1. The uneasy feeling when you first got out of the car It is old... but even so, it has a charm that makes you want to come back. 2. Occasionally a train passes right in front ↑ For us, our baby likes trains, so we actually liked it. You can hear the clack-clack sound at night, but it is faint. Everyone If this place gets remodeled, the price will jump fivefold. Don't hesitate.
If you open the window, the sea is right in front of you, so I was very satisfied with just that.
The view and location are excellent. I stayed in room 306. You can hear the sound of waves and trains from the room. I slept very soundly at night with the sound of the waves. I started the morning by watching the sunrise from the room. A downside is that nearby restaurants feel like they operate mainly for the summer season. Bring food with you.
We used the family room for seven people. There were only two bottles of water in the fridge, so we asked the owner for more, but they only gave two more. We had two cars; the owner said one could park at the motel but rather curtly told us to park the other car on the street. I felt the owner was very harsh. There were actually many parking spaces at the motel. It was inexpensive during the Lunar New Year holiday, and even though it was old and worn, it was too inconvenient and left me feeling bad.
We booked the day before for a sudden trip with a family of four. I had been worried because of some reviews mentioning a bathroom odor, but there was no bad smell in the bathroom :-) The building is a bit dated, but the view was very nice and the owner was friendly! It took about 15 minutes to get to Jungang Market, and the room was warm so we had a comfortable stay. The room condition was fine for elementary school children, and the train running right in front added to the atmosphere!

It was quiet and great for watching the sunrise. A train did pass by, but it was not a loud noise. The room was inexpensive and had a direct view of the sea, which was nice.

Cleanliness was poor and there was a strange smell in the bathroom. Also, only three blankets were provided, so I had to request more. Even though the view was good, I wish they had remodeled or updated the place; it was quite disappointing.
