It has been three years since my mother was diagnosed with cancer. I wanted to give her a birthday gift and let her rest in a nice place after all the emotional hardship. All the staff were kind and the facilities were very clean. We also enjoyed the food and left feeling relaxed. Thank you to the staff.
I had a wonderful stay for a special day and am leaving now.
I used the pool and had a fun hotel staycation haha
No need to say more, it's the best. From the service at the start to when we left, everything was excellent.
Shilla lived up to its reputation. I went on a hotel staycation with my mom and was very, very satisfied. I liked the lounge happy hour and the sauna the most! It may be expensive, but it is worth the price. I rested well, thank you :)
They were still friendly and great. I will visit again for another anniversary.

As expected, The Shilla Hotel's service is excellent.
I think the service is the best in Korea... The Namsan view is actually a view of Dongguk University, so that's a shame haha

The Executive Lounge Usage Guidelines: The Executive Lounge is a business space reserved exclusively for hotel guests; access is limited to guests aged 13 and older.
The Executive Lounge benefits are provided to guests staying in Executive and Suite rooms.
(However, on weekends and public holidays from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, guests under the age of 13 may enter under the supervision of an adult guardian.)

This facility is for adult guests only; for safety reasons, use is limited to guests aged 13 and older.

For safety reasons, use of fitness facilities such as gyms, saunas, and indoor swimming pools may be restricted after drinking alcohol.
You may not use tubes, snorkeling gear, flippers, underwater propellers, etc.
Use is permitted only when wearing a swimsuit; gym clothes and casual clothing are not allowed inside the pool.
The indoor swimming pool and Urban Island are operated separately.
Due to capacity limits, there may be wait times when using these facilities.

Indoor Sauna Hours: 5:30 AM – 10:30 PM
Regular Holiday: Third Wednesday of every month
The gym, indoor pool, and sauna are closed on the third Wednesday of every month.
The gym is available to guests aged 16 and older, and the indoor sauna is available to guests aged 13 and older.
For rooms without sauna access, a fee of 45,000 won per person per night applies.
The indoor swimming pool is a facility exclusively for adult guests; for safety reasons, admission is limited to guests aged 13 and older.
(However, on weekends and public holidays, guests under 13 years of age may enter under the supervision of an adult guardian, and guests under 140 cm in height may enter under the supervision of an adult guardian provided they are wearing a life jacket.)
Urban Island (outdoor pool) is available only to guests who have booked a package that includes access to the outdoor pool.
For packages that do not include admission to Urban Island, an additional admission fee will be charged upon entry.
Please follow the instructions of the on-site lifeguards when using facilities such as the adult pool, kids’ pool, and hot tub.
Guests under 140 cm in height must be accompanied by an adult guardian and must wear a life jacket when using the adult pool.
Two sunbeds are provided per room; some sunbeds are reserved for guests who have booked exclusive packages.
Infants under 36 months may use the facilities only if wearing a swim diaper.
Only inflatable tubes with a diameter of 1 meter or less are permitted, and they may only be used in the kids’ pool.
If the pool exceeds its capacity, you may be asked to wait your turn.
Access to Urban Island may be restricted due to weather conditions such as rain, typhoons, or cold snaps.
