Overall, it was a very satisfying stay haha The lobby was neat and well maintained, so I had a good impression from the moment I entered, and the lovely owner, who felt like a mother, welcomed me very warmly, which I liked a lot haha. The room’s interior was stylish and clean, so it felt like being in a hotel, and the room was generally well organized and so clean without a speck of dust or a single hair that I could sleep comfortably haha As a top-class facility near Bupyeong Station, it was the best value for money, and the internet was fast and worked well, which I liked very much haha If I have business near Bupyeong Station, I will visit often haha. Thank you haha

- Guests checking in after 24:00 (midnight) are asked to contact us in advance.

2. Room rates are based on double occupancy, and an additional fee (10,000 KRW per person) applies for exceeding the standard occupancy.
3. In-room computers are only available in special rooms, except for those on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Please inquire at the front desk upon check-in regarding the availability of a computer and bathtub.
4. For additional towels and charger rentals, please inquire at the front desk upon check-in.
5. Additional bottled water (one per person) and disposable chopsticks are available in the lobby on the 1st floor.
6. If accompanied by infants, and a complaint from other rooms arises due to infant noise, guests may be asked to vacate immediately without a refund. Please ensure that infant noise does not disturb other guests.

1. One parking spot per room is available only for guests who have made a vehicle reservation.
2. If you have reserved with a vehicle, due to the nature of tandem parking, the hotel may contact you in advance to confirm your check-in and check-out times.
3. An additional fee (10,000 KRW) may apply for vehicles exceeding the size of a mid-size sedan.
4. If the parking lot is full, please park at Moda Outlet near the hotel.

5. Guests who engage in loud singing/partying, use fireworks or fire-starting devices in the room, or disrupt business at the front desk or lobby will be asked to vacate immediately without a refund.
6. Please separate and dispose of recyclable waste at the sink area on the 1st floor.
7. For air conditioner use during summer, please use the integrated remote control.
8. Do not arbitrarily move furniture in the room. (Compensation for damages will be charged if damaged.)
