The owner is friendly, the lobby is pleasant, and snacks and coffee are available at all times. The penthouse room is spacious and has a massage chair (really comfortable), and especially the hinoki bath is installed in an outdoor area separate from the bathtub, which is great for relaxing.
The staff were very friendly and it was right in front of the station, so it was convenient to get around! The bedding was clean and the facilities were excellent!
We were able to stop by and leave our luggage at the lobby before check-in, which was so convenient before going to the ballpark. Each room had a bed and a TV, so we did not have to fight over the remote with the kids and were able to rest comfortably! All the staff were kind. You could feel they were warm-hearted people... I am very grateful~^^ If our family visits Busan again, this is a place we would like to stay at. Thank you so much.
