I booked with confidence because the reviews were so good, but I was disappointed because the staff were not that friendly to me. Especially when I asked them to hold my suitcase during check-in and check-out. They seemed to do it reluctantly, which made me uncomfortable and self-conscious. I travel a lot around the country and have used many hotels, and without exception others have happily taken care of luggage with a pleasant attitude. Also, the refrigerator noise was so loud it woke me up, and there were hairs on the bathtub and shower, which was unpleasant. I wonder if the supposedly friendly owner is just tired from dealing with people. I wanted to give 2 stars because I could not get the "comfortable rest" that is the essence of lodging, but considering the low price I gave 3 stars. Also, there is no elevator here.
