Enter your 4-digit reservation number to receive a receipt with your room key and room number.

Note: For same-day stays after midnight, you must book under the previous day’s date. Please be aware that if you book under the incorrect date, check-in will begin at 4:00 PM, not at dawn.

Park in any convenient spot on Levels B1–B3, then use the elevators in Buildings A, B, or C.

Hotel guests are requested to register for parking at the security desk in the 1st-floor lobby after check-in, upon verification of their reservation details.

(Free parking is available based on the number of guests staying.)

Slow-charging stations for electric vehicles are installed near pillars 77–78 on Level B3.

Please note that these dates are subject to change depending on future weather conditions.

The room rate includes only the cost of cleaning the room for new guests upon their first check-in (excluding additional extension reservations made during the stay).

For stays of 4 nights or more, we provide one bedding change and cleaning service. (Please request this through the hotel customer service center at least one day in advance.)

Available on weekdays from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Additional cleaning requests outside of these hours will incur a separate fee.

Starting March 29, 2024, our accommodation will no longer provide disposable items (toothbrushes, razors, etc.) free of charge. (A 2,200 won fee will apply if you request amenities.)

The standard amenities provided in the guest room bathroom include shampoo, body wash, conditioner, soap, towels, and a hair dryer.

Laundry detergent and seasonings are not provided in the guest rooms.

To ensure a pleasant stay for our next guests, please dispose of food waste (food waste bags are provided) and recyclables in the recycling area on the B1 level when checking out.

Minors are not permitted to check in without an accompanying adult. Please note that if a minor attempts to check in, access will be denied without a refund.

For your convenience, an information sheet is provided in your room; please refer to it.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and throughout the building; please use the designated smoking areas if you wish to smoke.

We are not liable for accidents caused by guest negligence.

Please refrain from behavior that may disturb others (such as loud noise or excessive drinking).

In the event of damage to or loss of items, or soiling of bedding during your stay, you will be required to pay compensation based on the purchase price.

Unless you are staying in a pet-friendly room and have registered your pet in advance, you will be denied entry without a refund, and a cleaning and laundry fee of 100,000 won will be charged.

Additional fees may apply if the room is not left in a clean and tidy condition.

We are not responsible for any items lost inside the room. (We cannot store food items; any food found will be immediately disposed of.)

Please be sure to wash any tableware you use.

Simple cooking is permitted, but frying meat or fish is not allowed.

Rice cookers are not provided in the rooms.

Seasonings are not provided in the rooms.

No Smoking in All Rooms (including e-cigarettes)

If smoking is detected in a room, a fine will be imposed, and a special cleaning fee of 100,000 won will be charged to remove cigarette odors.

How to use Genie TV

1. Turn on the TV and set-top box (power is on when the set-top box has a white light).

2. Press the external input button on the left side of the black remote control and go to HDMI2 (or HDMI1).

(You need to press the external input button again to change to HDMI2).

3. The Genie TV home screen will appear.

4. You can use the OTT service you want. (You must log in with your personal account).

-Please note that a fee will be charged if the remote control is lost.

Chargers are available depending on the situation on the day, so please inquire with staff if needed. However, please understand that provision may be difficult depending on the situation.
