Since secondhand smoke may cause discomfort to other guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms.

There is a designated smoking area in front of the cafeteria; smoking is permitted only in that area.

If you are found smoking after check-out, a special cleaning fee will be charged.

Please check the occupancy guidelines for each room. Please note that additional fees for extra guests must be paid at the front desk.

Rates are subject to change during peak seasons, on specific dates, and on public holidays (including the day before).

Refunds and cancellations may be handled differently depending on our policies.

We will verify your ID upon check-in; minors are not permitted to stay.

Room rates are based on double occupancy. Standard, High-Spec 1PC, Premium Hinoki Bath, Couple PC, and Twin rooms accommodate 2 guests as standard and up to 2 guests.

Deluxe Hinoki: 2 guests (standard)/3 guests (maximum); Premium Twin: 2 guests (standard)/3 guests (maximum); Family Party Room: 3 guests (standard)/5 guests (maximum).

If you add additional guests, please pay the additional fee upon arrival.

Please check directly with the partner facility regarding the eligibility of minors to stay before making a reservation.

Cancellations and refunds are not permitted for refusals of check-in resulting from reservations where minors are staying alone.
