Le Collective Busan Station

The view was everything! It was spacious and pleasant as a family room~ The bedding and the kitchen were all clean. However, there was a sewage smell in the bathroom near the entrance. It was far from the living area so it did not bother us.
This is the best accommodation for taking the train from Busan Station. It is spacious and well equipped with appliances, making it comfortable. The directions can be confusing, but if you carefully review the information the property sent, you can find it without any problem. I think Le Collective offers the best location and stay experience for the price, both for Haeundae and Busan Station. Once the surrounding development is completed, I think an even more wonderful space will be created, so I want to keep visiting.
The accessibility to Busan Station was excellent~ The view from the room was also wonderful.
It's really clean, spacious, and nice.
I spent one night with guests who came down from Seoul and made wonderful memories. It's a view hotspot, with a sunset that could rival any ocean view, and we visited nearby Jagalchi and Ggamtong Market. It was so, so great.
This is the place I always stop by whenever I go on business trips. When I travel for business, I always look for lodging that is clean, quiet, and cozy, and because of that charm I keep staying at the same place every time I come on business.
In front of Busan Station, Le Collective It was a very satisfying accommodation Unique separated spaces I comfortably used the bedding and small furniture All provided items were satisfying and it was clean, which I liked.
Overall it was clean, the view was nice, and it was fine.
The mattress was a bit hard so sleeping was uncomfortable, but overall it was clean and good!
The accommodation is nice, but getting to the room is very difficult. People who are not quick to figure things out will have trouble using the room elevator.

Due to the building's characteristics, please use the underground parking connecting passage when moving between Building A and Building B internally.
For guest safety, a separate QR code is required to use the elevator. The QR code will be sent to your contact number along with your entry information.
Simple cooking is possible in all rooms.
Cooking of meat, fried foods, and fish is prohibited in the room.
Minors can only stay if accompanied by a legal guardian.
Please understand that accompanying pets are not allowed.
An arbitrary entry before check-in time may incur a penalty of 30,000 KRW.
While we strive for a safe stay, the accommodation is not responsible for accidents caused by guest negligence, and in case of damage or loss of items, a claim for compensation based on the original purchase price will be made.
All areas within the building, including external balconies, are non-smoking areas. Smoking will incur a fine of 150,000 KRW or prohibit future reservations at all branches.
Guests who cause harm or threaten other users will be asked to vacate immediately.
Please be considerate of others during quiet hours after 9:00 PM.
If the room condition is poor due to guest use after check-out, a special cleaning fee may be charged.
