All rooms are based on 2 people, and an additional fee will be charged for extra guests.
(Additional fee from elementary school students: 10,000 KRW)
However, even for elementary school students or younger, an additional 10,000 KRW will be charged if an extra blanket is requested.
Cancellations and refunds are not possible for entry rejections due to not carrying ID (for minor verification).
Legal responsibility may be incurred in case of damage to items or property within the room.
We are not responsible for the loss of cash or valuables that are not stored with us.
Same-day refunds due to parking issues are absolutely not possible.
Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis according to guest check-in, and we ask for your understanding that securing a parking space in advance is difficult.
Rooms are randomly assigned at check-in.
