Go for it!

I traveled with my family. It was clean, the owner was kind, and four of us stayed without any inconvenience and rested comfortably.

Thanks to the kind owner, we had a good stay. It is close to Bulguksa, so you can park and walk.

The building is a bit old, so there was a slight smell. There were two rooms, and each room had one double bed and one single bed, so three people could sleep in one room. However, they set the capacity at four people, and when one more person stayed they said we had to pay an extra fee. I don't quite understand. Why charge an extra fee when there is space for six people?

It was my first time using an unmanned motel so the system was difficult, but it was clean and nice. The private room and parking were convenient, but a dog might keep barking, so it depends on the situation.

First, if you have young children or a lot of luggage, avoid the ondol floor. There is no elevator and you have to use the outdoor parking, so it's inconvenient. Also, it was still chilly at dawn, but they had turned off the boiler power. I felt the cold at dawn and when I tried to turn the boiler on, the power was cut off. It was a bit ridiculous. Also, do not use the sink water. Water leaks downward.

The accommodation is clean, affordable, and nice. But the toothpaste was missing haha. There is also a bathtub, which made me feel much more reassured.
