The room was clean and there are many food options nearby.
The duvet cover that was on the bed at first looked dirty, but when I requested a replacement they changed it. Still, I don't think it was very clean. The staff were friendly. Among places in this area this is probably the best option. It is quiet and away from entertainment buildings, so you can sleep well.
Good for resting after having fun at La Pena and Wedom.
The accommodation is right next to Ilsan Lake Park, so I could go for a morning run, and there were many restaurants nearby so it was easy to choose what to eat. The bedding and room were clean, and there were various OTT streaming services available.

It was clean and nice.
I had a sudden business trip so I booked somewhere nearby, and it was great. There were many shops around, but it wasn't noisy.

Parking is available on the ground floor and B1–B2 levels of the Janghang Dream World Building.
Only one vehicle per room is permitted. Additional vehicles must be settled individually.
Advance parking is not available; parking fees are calculated based on check-in and check-out times.
As we operate an unmanned payment system, please be sure to register your vehicle at the front desk upon check-in and check-out.
While ample parking space is available,
please note that as this is a commercial building parking lot, it may become congested between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM due to vehicles belonging to businesses within the building.
To ensure a pleasant stay, all guest rooms are non-smoking.
Anti-theft systems are in operation on hotel furnishings.
Compensation may be required for damage caused by the use of candles, dyeing, throwing objects, balloons, etc.
If loud noise or excessive drinking continues despite warnings, you will be asked to leave, and the room charge will be non-refundable.
Minors are not permitted to check in; if discovered, the reservation will be canceled and no refund will be issued.
