Additional Person Policy

No additional guests in 2-person rooms; children under 36 months can stay (free) but no extra bedding.

No extra bedding for 2-person rooms; extra bedding available for 3-person rooms (10,000 KRW fee).

2-Bed Junior Suite, Family Signature Suite, Premium Signature Suite are based on 3 people. ★Please ensure no errors, as payment will be based on 3 people on the site.★

★Therefore, for 4 people, an additional person charge will be incurred at check-in: free for under 36 months, 10,000 KRW for under 13 years, and 20,000 KRW for 14 years and older.★

Entry and refunds are not possible if the standard or maximum occupancy is exceeded.

Visitors not allowed; if the maximum occupancy of the room is exceeded, visitors cannot enter with guests.

Our Urban Hotel only provides accommodation, so please prepare pet supplies separately.

Notes for accompanying pets: If you book a Premium Double Room that is not a pet-friendly room, please be aware that a price difference of 10,000 KRW for the pet-friendly room will be incurred.

It is not possible to leave pets alone in the room when going out due to frequent complaints such as barking, scratching at the door, or whining. Please take your pet with you when you go out.

Above-ground and underground parking available (Underground parking is narrow; Type 1 vehicles such as SUVs, Carnival, trucks, and top-load vans cannot use underground parking).

If the hotel parking lot is full, you will not be fined for parking on the shoulder.

Please inform the front desk if you park in advance of check-in. (We operate a no-external-vehicle parking policy, and if you park in advance and do not inform us, we may mistake it for an external vehicle and contact you for confirmation, so please be sure to inform us.)

Our Urban Hotel does not operate a Day Use system, so late check-out is not possible.

If a late check-out is unavoidable, an extension fee will be incurred: 5,000 KRW per 30 minutes, possible until 1:00 PM at the latest, with a total cost of 10,000 KRW. (Please note that late check-out may not be possible if the hotel is fully booked on that day.)

In case of late check-out, after one hour, the daily room rate for that room will be charged, so please be aware.

All rooms are non-smoking rooms. A cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged if caught smoking, so please be mindful.

From March 29, 2024, the free provision of disposable items in accommodation facilities is not allowed according to the revised Resource Recycling Act.
