1. The standard occupancy is 2 guests. An additional fee of 15,000 won per person will be charged at check-in for each additional guest (30,000 won per person during the Gunhangje Festival and peak seasons). Rooms of Deluxe category or higher are required for groups of 3 or more. If three or more people are staying, please be sure to contact the hotel in advance to arrange room assignments.

3. Rates are subject to change during peak seasons, on specific dates, and on public holidays (including the day before).

4. Use by minors is restricted; please understand that we will verify identification upon check-in. If you do not have a valid ID, your reservation will be canceled without a refund; to avoid any inconvenience, please be sure to bring your ID with you.

5. A fee will be charged for any staining of linens caused by hair dye.

6. Lost items will be held for two weeks and then disposed of by the facility.

1. If a “Parking Lot Full” notice appears at the time of reservation, please contact the hotel front desk first, as parking may not be available due to the need to reserve spaces for guests who booked in advance.

2. One vehicle per room is permitted.

3. Our parking lot is divided into indoor and outdoor sections. The indoor parking area is designed for “double parking,” with vehicles parked front-to-back. If there is another vehicle behind yours when parking, please be sure to leave your car keys at the front desk upon check-in. The outdoor parking lot is located right next to the hotel and can accommodate approximately 15 vehicles; large vehicles such as vans, trucks, and buses can also park there comfortably.

4. If you require valet service, our staff at the first-floor front desk will be happy to assist you, so please feel free to let us know upon check-in.

The latest check-in time after making a reservation is 4:00 a.m. the following day.

You must check in by 4:00 a.m. the day after your scheduled check-in date; check-in is not permitted after 4:00 a.m. Please note that we cannot extend your stay or issue refunds due to late check-in.

Due to the ongoing theft and damage of cell phone chargers, guests who wish to rent a charger in addition to the one installed in their room are asked to leave their ID at the front desk and retrieve it when returning the charger.

Please be advised that additional linen charges will apply if, during the post-checkout inspection, vomit, soiled or damaged bedding (such as bloodstains, cigarette burns, or dye stains), or excessive trash is found in the room.

Since military products are special offers for service members who serve our country, an additional fee will apply if a non-military person makes a reservation.
