The facilities looked newly remodeled and were clean. The TV was very large and the room was nice. However, the pillowcase either was not washed well or has stains that would not come out... There were red food stains and black mold-like stains, so I had the cover replaced. The showerhead was not working so I could not wash properly, but I mentioned it at checkout so I think it will be improved. I stayed for a business trip, and considering the price the facilities were good, but there were a few disappointing parts.
If you go to the Hyeopjae area in Jeju, stay at Arumi Hotel~ The place is clean and really nice~~
There was a space in the lobby where you could eat, which was convenient.
I booked last minute during my Jeju trip and it was very comfortable and nice!! Very satisfied
The accommodation was clean, quiet, and pleasant.
Really clean There is a bus stop right in front I stayed here before and had another great stay.
There was a dining area on the first floor, which was so nice. Highly recommend the microwave!
Check-in and check-out are unmanned, so it is convenient.
It is a good place to sleep.
The building is a bit old, but the location is good and it's good value for the price.

- Smoking is prohibited throughout the building except in designated smoking areas.
(Violators will be forcibly removed from the premises and charged 300,000 won in damages.)
- Minors (under 19 years of age) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to check in.
- Please be mindful that excessive drinking, loud singing, or rowdy behavior may disturb other guests’ rest.
- Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the facilities; please exercise caution.
- Flammable materials (such as gunpowder or fireworks) and tape may not be used inside the guest rooms.
(The guest is liable for any fire-related damages.)
- Guests are responsible for any loss of their personal valuables.
- No pets or companion animals allowed.
(If discovered, guests will be required to leave immediately, and compensation for damages, including laundry costs, will be charged.)

• Additional Guests: 10,000 won per guest aged 3 or older (15,000 won for additional guests in Suites and Family Connecting Rooms)
- Check-in is not permitted if the maximum occupancy is exceeded
1) For same-day reservations, cancellations can be made via the app or website within 1 hour of completing the reservation.
2) Cancellations are not possible once the check-in time has passed, even if it is within 1 hour.
3) For reservations made after 3:00 PM on the day of check-in, cancellations can be made through the customer service center within 15 minutes.
4) Minors may not stay at the property without a legal guardian. If check-in is denied for this reason, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.
5) For cancellations due to natural disasters such as typhoons or heavy snowfall, we may request documentation such as a flight cancellation certificate; depending on the severity of the disaster, cancellation may not be permitted.
6) No refunds will be issued for early check-outs, unilateral cancellations, or partial cancellations due to personal circumstances.
