Good value for money; the facilities and interior seem recently remodeled and are clean. Breakfast was also nice, with fresh salad you can make into a sandwich.
Probably the best in Mokpo. It's one of my few favorite hotels.
Comfortable and the facilities are good.
I was there on a business trip and it was comfortable.
The room was clean so I was able to rest comfortably.
I was assigned the 9th floor; the view was ordinary, but it was fine for two people. The bathroom was spacious and the water pressure was good, and the hotel's nearby cafes, restaurants, and the seaside cable car were convenient to use. However, the bathroom sink faucet needed repair (it was not fixed and moved), and the humidifier had a lot of dust so it looked like it needed cleaning. Overall, the price was reasonable and it is a hotel I would consider returning to.
The area is quiet and the room is clean.
It was great to have booked accommodation in such a convenient spot right next to the Bukhang Cable Car. We left the car at the accommodation and took taxis to Mokpo Station, the downtown area, and various places to sightsee, which was convenient. Breakfast was easy to use and very delicious. The condition of the room was also very good. Not a secret that there was an LG Styler... hehe

Other than the small space being disappointing and the bed being uncomfortable, it was clean and nice ^^

Check-in and refunds are not permitted if the standard or maximum occupancy is exceeded.
No visitors allowed; if the maximum occupancy for the room is exceeded, visitors cannot stay in the room.

As Urban Hotel provides only accommodations, please bring your own pet supplies.
Important Notes for Guests Traveling with Pets: If you book a Premium Double Room (which is not a pet-friendly room), a 10,000 KRW surcharge for the pet-friendly room will apply, so please be aware.
Due to frequent complaints about barking, scratching at the door, whining, and other noises when dogs are left alone, guests are not permitted to leave their dogs unattended in the room. Please take your dog with you when you go out.
Owns above-ground and underground parking lots (Note: The underground parking lot is small; Class 1 vehicles—such as SUVs, Carnival-sized vehicles, trucks, and flatbed trucks—cannot use the underground parking lot)
If the hotel parking lot is full, you may park on the shoulder without incurring a fine.
If you park before check-in, please notify the front desk. (We currently enforce a no-parking policy for non-guest vehicles. If you park in advance without notifying us, we may mistake your vehicle for a non-guest vehicle and contact you to verify, so please be sure to notify us.)
Since Urban Hotel does not operate on an hourly rental system, late check-out is not permitted.
In the event of an unavoidable late check-out, an extension fee of 5,000 won per 30 minutes will apply; late check-out is only permitted until 1:00 PM at the latest, with a total fee of 10,000 won. (Please note that late check-out may not be available if the hotel is fully booked on the day of your stay.)
Please note that in the case of a late check-out, if one hour has passed, you will be charged the full daily room rate for that room.
All rooms are non-smoking. Please be advised that a cleaning fee of 100,000 won will be charged if smoking is detected.
Effective March 29, 2024, in accordance with amendments to the Resource Recycling Act, the free provision of single-use items in lodging facilities is no longer permitted.
Single-use toiletries set: 1,000 won: 2 toothbrushes & 2 tubes of toothpaste, razor, ladies’ set, cleansing foam, comb, all-in-one lotion
